  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and return instructions.
  3. Shipping the Item: Return the product to the following address:

    • Please make sure the item is well-packaged to prevent any damage during return shipping.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • If you paid via cash on delivery, a bank transfer or another alternative refund method will be arranged.

4. Exchange Policy

If you’d prefer an exchange rather than a refund:
